It is only 1 km walking-distance from the border crossing between Poland and the Czech Republic and adjacent to the S1 international route. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the historic Cieszyn Old Town.
Cieszyn is one of the oldest cities in Silesia. It is divided into two parts, one lying in Poland, the other in the Czech Republic, both divided by the Olza river. Many monuments, which are significant to the region can be found here. The Castle Hill, where the Piastowska Tower and the 11th century Romanesque Rotunda of Saint Nicolaus is located, is especially worth visiting. It is also worth seeing the Three Brother's Well, the fountain on Cieszyn's market square with an 18th century figure of Saint Florian as well as the baroque-classical town hall.
